Response time
We aim to respond to all messages within 2 to 3 business days. For urgent issues, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible including your browser name and version, operating system, and the file type you were trying to process.
Common issues
Before sending a message, check the following common fixes:
- If a tool is not responding, try refreshing the page and uploading the file again.
- If your file is not accepted, check that it matches the format the tool expects. Each tool only accepts specific formats as described on the tool page.
- If the download button does not work, try a different browser. Chrome and Firefox are fully supported.
- Very large files may be slow to process on older devices. This is normal and not a bug.
